What animals do you accept?
3401 Clay Street Apartments accepts cats, dogs (45lbs or less), small caged animals, and aquariums up to 20 gallons. Please see Rental Criteria regarding pet rent, deposit, and documentation needed.
How do I place a service request for maintenance for my apartment?
You can submit it on your Resident Portal, call it in to our Resident Manager, or place a letter in our 24 hour drop box.
